Controller

The controller responsible for data processing under the GDPR is:

Server logs

When you visit this website, the web server automatically records access logs. These contain: IP address, user-agent (browser/operating system), the timestamp of the request, the requested URL, and — if sent by the browser — the referrer URL. This data is processed solely to keep the service secure and functioning, and to detect abuse. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); this interest is the specific purpose stated above, not a general catch-all.

Retention period: 7 days, after which the logs are deleted. The logs are not combined with any other data.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo) and no third-party pixels. No profiling takes place, and no personal data is processed for marketing purposes.

No third-party requests from your browser

Fonts, the map rendering library (d3-geo) and the charting library (Observable Plot) are served directly from this server, not loaded from an external CDN (such as Google Fonts or jsdelivr). Visiting this website therefore sends no request to anyone other than loadcurve.eu itself.

The weather and electricity data shown on the site come from Open-Meteo.com and the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform (see methodology); this data is fetched and processed server-side during the hourly update run — your browser never contacts those providers directly.

No international transfer, no automated decision-making

No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

Your rights

Since this website processes no personal data beyond the server logs described above, the following rights apply in practice mainly to those logs. You have the right to:

Contact for any of the above: [OWNER: email].

Legal basis

This notice is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Art. 13, and — for the server-log processing specifically — Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services (the Hungarian "Eker. tv.").
